As soon as EndoComplete receives the request for repair, the corresponding replacement endoscope will be provided free of charge for the duration of the repair. Thus, you will be able to immediately continue to treat your patients.

EndoComplete's service is fast, efficient, meets the highest quality standards and is affordable. Our repair processes, which are independent of device manufacturers, have ISO certification (ISO13485 and 9001) from the German standardization body and comply with both medical product laws and operating standards.
Get a loan device while repair
If necessary, after receiving a repair request, we will provide the corresponding loan endoscope or ultrasound sensor free of charge for the duration of the repair. This will allow you to immediately resume the treatment of your patients.
Quick Repair Quotation
Once we have received a service referral, we will arrange transport and pick-up orders within the same business day. All you have to do for shipping is pack your products ready for shipment and we'll take care of everything else for you. You will receive a repair estimate within approximately 3-5 working days as soon as our experts have inspected your product in accordance with our inspection standards.
